These Terms of Service set out the rules of the road between you and PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED, the registered company behind the wellness morning room software that carries the developer name ProHealthBless. They are written to be fair and readable, and the Company at the address shown above is happy to answer any question before you rely on the services.
1. Agreement to the terms
By using the website at prohealthbless.hair, the enquiry form, the class booking platforms, the community screening records, the practitioner rota systems, the herbal consultation trackers, the family wellness portals or any other service of PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, the fair action is to stop using the services and to let us know rather than to continue in the hope that a rule does not apply to you.
These terms work together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is handled. Where a clinic or community hall that we serve has its own separate written rules for its members, those rules still govern the care that the clinic provides, while these terms govern the use of the software and the relationship with the Company.
2. The party offering these terms
The services on this site are offered by PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED, a company registered and operating at Rm 1213 12/F TWR A HUNGHOM COML CTR, 39 MA TAU WAI RD, Hung Hom, Hong Kong (HK). References in these terms to the Company, to we or to us mean PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED and its lawful successors.
The day to day building and refinement of the software is credited to the developer name ProHealthBless, which works under the control of the Company. When a clause in these terms refers to a decision of the Company, that decision is made at the address given above, and any paper relating to these terms may be sent there.
3. The services described
PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED offers wellness programme coordination and community health check systems for neighbourhood clinics and community rooms. The main services that fall under these terms are described in fuller detail on the services page of this website and include the six listed here.
- Health Check Day Programmes, which plan and run a gentle morning of checks for a neighbourhood.
- Wellness Class Booking Platforms, which let members hold a seat in a class and keep its register.
- Community Screening Records, which keep one clear health line for each household across checks.
- Practitioner Rota Systems, which keep the right people on the right morning.
- Herbal Consultation Trackers, which hold the sequence of gentle herbal advice and its review.
- Family Wellness Portals, which bring the checks, classes and records to one calm family screen.
New services may be added from time to time. Any new service that looks and works like the existing ones falls under these same terms, unless a separate set of terms is plainly shown before you use it.
4. Who may use the services
The services are intended for clinics, community halls and families in and around Hung Hom and the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. You may use the public parts of the website without an account. To take part in a class, to hold a place or to view a family wellness portal, you need to be listed by a clinic as part of that clinic community.
You promise that you are old enough to accept these terms where your local law sets an age of consent, or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf when you are younger. You also promise that the details you give us are true to the best of your knowledge and that you are acting for yourself or for a family member with that persons permission.
5. The clinic that we serve
A partner clinic holds its own relationship with its members and its own duty of care under health law. PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED provides that clinic with the tools and the coordination. Where these terms talk about the clinic role, they mean the legal person that runs the room, whether that is a private practice, a centre or a hall.
The clinic chooses which of our services it switches on, is responsible for the clinical judgement of its own team and keeps the final say over its records. We serve the clinic faithfully, but we never pretend to be the clinic, and nothing in these terms moves a practitioners duty of care onto the Company.
6. Registration and accounts
Where a service needs a sign in, the clinic creates and looks after the accounts of its own staff and its member families. Each account is personal: the account holder must keep their password quiet, must not share it and must tell the clinic or the Company at once if they suspect that someone else knows it.
You are responsible for the actions that happen under your account to the extent that the law fairly allows. We may suspend or close an account that is used in a way that breaks these terms, harms another member or puts the safety of the room at risk, and we will usually warn the person and the clinic first unless waiting would make things worse.
7. Booking a wellness class
A class seat is held for you when you book through the platform. Holding a seat means that a clinic expects you, keeps a place for you and quietly plans the register around the number who will attend. Booking is not a contract to receive any particular treatment, and a class may be led by whichever practitioner is on the rota that morning.
If you cannot come, free the seat as soon as you can so that someone on the waitlist can take it. When a clinic runs a class for the whole season, holding a seat usually comes with a gentle expectation to attend most sessions, and repeated absences without notice may free the seat for another member after a fair warning.
8. Health Check Day rules
A Health Check Day is a scheduled morning on which members of a community come at their appointed time to be measured and to talk. Attendance follows the order that the clinic sets out, and each guest should arrive at the time named on their card so that the morning stays calm for everyone.
The measurements taken on the day are simple and gentle. If a reading is outside the usual range, the practitioner will say so plainly and will guide the person to the right next step, which may be a follow up check or a talk with their own doctor. A Health Check Day is a screening habit, not a full medical examination, and every guest is told this at the door in words they can repeat.
9. Community screening records
The community screening record is the chart on which a households checks are written so that care stays continuous. The clinic owns the care and the accuracy of what its team writes, while the Company owns the software that stores and shows the record and keeps it safe.
A record may be corrected when it is wrong, viewed when the law and roles allow, and deleted when the retention period ends or a court orders it. The record is a tool for the family and the clinic together, and neither the clinic staff nor the household should ever feel that the chart is working against them.
10. Your responsibilities
In return for the right to use our services, you agree to act with the same courtesy you would use at a shared tea table. In particular you will keep your own contact details current, tell the clinic about any change that matters to your care, protect your sign in and treat the staff and other members with respect.
You also agree not to try to break into a part of the service that is not meant for you, not to copy or misuse the records of another family, and not to use the service in any way that could harm a member or break the law. Fair use and honesty keep the morning room gentle for everyone.
11. Acceptable use and honesty
The services are meant for health and wellbeing, not for mischief. You will not use the platform to send unkind messages, to advertise without the clinic approval, to pretend to be another person, or to upload anything that spreads ill feeling or breaks the law. You will also be honest about the details you enter, because a chart is only trustworthy when it is true.
When a person uses the service in a way that hurts another member, the Company may act to protect the room, which can mean pausing their account and telling the clinic. Where a behaviour looks unlawful, we may report it to the authorities as the law asks. Honesty has a simple reward in the morning room, which is that the checks and the records are worth trusting.
12. Fees and payment
Payment for our services is usually arranged by the partner clinic under a separate written agreement between the clinic and the Company. Where a charge applies to a member directly, such as a small fee for a seasonal class, that charge is shown clearly before you book and you are never asked to pay after the fact for something you did not agree to.
All fees are stated in the currency shown at the time and any tax that applies is added at the lawful rate. A receipt is provided for payment. If you believe a charge is wrong, raise it with us or the clinic promptly and we will look into it fairly; we will not use confusion as an excuse, and we will always prefer to set a payment right than to dispute it.
13. Cancellations and changes
A season may change at short notice when the weather, the staffing or a public rule requires it. If a class is cancelled by the clinic, the members are told as early as possible and any fee already paid for that class is returned or carried over exactly as the household chooses.
A Health Check Day may be moved if the room must close, and the new date is shared without blame. You may step away from a class or a check at any time without penalty; each household has the final word over its own care, and no pressure is ever placed on a person to stay beyond their wish.
14. Not medical advice or a substitute
This is the clause we most want you to understand. The software and the programme plans of PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED are coordination tools; they are not a doctor, a diagnosis or a cure. A gentle measure, a class or a chart can support your wellbeing, but it never replaces the considered advice of a qualified practitioner who knows your history.
If a symptom worries you, or a reading looks far outside the usual range, or you feel unwell, seek proper care without delay. Never ignore a professional opinion because of something read on this website, and never delay an urgent room visit because a programme feels calm. The Company designs careful tools but does not give medical advice, and no user should ever treat it as if it did.
15. Intellectual property
The Company and its developer ProHealthBless own the rights in the software, the screens, the texts, the charts, the logos and the look of the wellness morning room, along with anything that the Company creates for its services. Copyright and trademarks follow the normal law, and nothing here gives you ownership of any of it.
You may keep and use the records and the cards that relate to your own care and your own family, because those belong in the spirit of the service to you. But you may not copy the look of the site, reuse the name PROHEALTH or ProHealthBless to imply a link that is not real, or lift a whole page to sell it as your own.
16. Our intellectual property license to you
So far as the reserves above allow, the Company gives you a limited, personal, revocable permission to use the services for private, non commercial wellness purposes. That permission lets you open the pages, make a booking, view your family chart and print the cards and registers that a clinic has set you free to print.
This permission is not transferable, does not allow you to run the service for a second business without agreement, and ends if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, your right to use the software stops, but your right to a fair copy of your own family records, where the law gives it, continues as before.
17. Confidentiality
Much of what travels through the morning room is private to a family or to a clinic team. Both sides promise to keep such confidential information quiet: the clinic guards the clinical notes it writes, and the Company guards the records, the passwords and the business details it handles. Confidential information is shared only with those who need it to do the work or where the law compels it.
When the law asks us to reveal something, such as in answer to a proper court order, we will reveal only the part asked for and will tell the clinic and the family where it is lawful to do so. Secrecy has a purpose here, which is to let a family share honestly without fear and to let the room work in trust.
18. Availability and upkeep
We work to keep the services available and steady, but no digital room runs without occasional care. The Company may from time to time pause a service to mend it, to add a gentler feature or to keep the records safe, and we try to schedule such pauses at quiet hours and to keep them short.
We do not promise that the service will be error free or unbroken at every moment. Where an outage touches a clinic check or a class, the clinic and members are told plainly, and the missed activity is rearranged rather than ignored. Planned downtime will usually be announced a little ahead so that no one is taken by surprise.
19. Limits to our liability
The law sets the true outer edges of what a party may owe, and nothing in these terms tries to walk outside that law. Within those edges, the Company is not liable for harm that a user brings on through their own untrue records, their shared password or their misuse of the service, nor for matters that are plainly beyond its control.
The Company intends that its role stays limited to providing careful tools and coordination. It does not accept liability for clinical outcomes that are the genuine responsibility of a clinic or of a medical professional, does not guarantee a health result from any class or check, and does not profit by betting against the wellbeing of any family. Where the Company is at fault for a loss the law lets it insure and share, it will meet that fault honestly.
20. Disclaimers
The services and the classes are provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent the law allows. We make no promise that any class will suit every body or that any reading will be without the small errors that come with gentle measurement by caring human hands.
We also make a positive statement where some might expect a disclaimer: this service is genuinely designed to support community wellness and to respect privacy, it is not a hidden data collector, and its plain word of intent is that a morning check should feel safe. Where law permits stronger disclaimers we reserve them only so far as they keep the room honest, never to dodge the duties written in the Privacy Policy.
21. Third party services
Parts of the morning room may rely on trusted third parties, such as a secure place that stores records or that delivers an email. Those parties act for us under the Privacy Policy and our contracts, and we choose them with care. We are not responsible for separate websites you may reach by a link from ours, and their own terms govern you once you leave this site.
Where a third party fails us and that failure harms a member, we will act to set the harm right, replace the party if they cannot be trusted and tell the clinic what happened. You will not need to fight a hidden supplier; the Company stands at the front and answers for the chain it chose.
22. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, usually when the services change or the law asks for a clearer rule. The date at the header of this page marks the latest edition, and we try never to slip a change past a user for the sake of convenience.
Where a change is important, such as a new service being added to the list or a fee rule being softened or tightened, the clinic that relies on the service will be told in plain words before the change matters. Continued use after a clearly announced change means you accept the new edition; if you do not, you may stop, and no future obligation is forced on you without your consent.
23. Law and place of the forum
These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, where our Company is registered. The courts of Hong Kong hold the authority to settle any genuine disagreement that cannot be settled kindly between the parties.
Before any dispute reaches a court, both sides agree first to try a calm exchange, in which the matter is set out in writing and a fair answer is sought. Most disagreements about a morning check or a booking can be settled in one honest conversation, and the Company would always rather pour a second cup of tea than file a paper at law.
24. How to raise a concern or end the service
If a service disappoints you, or you wish to pause or end it, the first and friendliest step is to tell us. Write to PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED at Rm 1213 12/F TWR A HUNGHOM COML CTR, 39 MA TAU WAI RD, Hung Hom, Hong Kong (HK), email hello@prohealthbless.hair or telephone +12202656570, and we will reply within one working day with a way forward.
Ending a service does not delete a clinic clinical record that the law requires to be kept, and it does not erase the duty of confidence that has already been earned. What it does is stop the fresh use of the software for you or your clinic on the agreed terms, with your own fair copies of records made available where the law gives that right.
25. Whole agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the linked Privacy Policy and any clearly named written agreement a clinic has signed with the Company, make up the whole understanding about the software between you and PRO-HEALTH BLESSING LIMITED. Earlier letters, verbal promises or drafts give way to this written text where they disagree.
If any single clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms keep their full force, and the rest breaks into a rule that still matches the intent of the parties. The header of the page and the closing friendly words are a fair mirror of the whole document, which is that the wellness morning room is built on care, honesty and a steady habit.
